It seems like a long time ago that I was blogging about buying a home to put on the Nichols Family Land. Well everything has gone smoothly except the owner hasn't been able to get a title for us, so we've been forced to wait. The septic tank is installed. The water line is in. The concrete pad is poured. The bridge is beefed-up. But here we are, waiting.
The owner has now assured us that the title will be in our hand by the middle of JULY! The movers have been notified and secured for July 19-21. Hopefully this all works out. July just happens to be crazy already.
So we wait. What else can we do?
