A Pretty Awesome Day Milling Pine Boards

Riding Passenger on the Quad with Tera
After a break, headed back out to the sawmill.  We're on borrowed time with our borrowed mill.  Have gotten to know it pretty well these last few months.
Twelve-foot Pine Boards
I don't know why that cracked Tera up, but it did.  The sight of those boards all standing at attention, gave her an attack of the sillies.

The Scene of the Crime
Not really an egregious crime.  Just turning a half dead ponderosa pine into 1"x 10" stock.  The purpose of these boards is to put the final touches on our milking shed.  I looked up the price on a board like these, retail...almost 18 bucks at Home Depot

A Truckload
The little Ford got pretty weighed down by this load, let me tell you.  I would like to figure out the lineal/board foot measurements.  Maybe later.  At the moment it is stacked and waiting to dry before it is put to use.
